Refund & Cancellation Policy

Flexible terms with clear conditions for cancellations and refund eligibility.

At OZ-MIAMI LUXURY, we aim to provide flexible and fair rental terms. Please review our refund and cancellation guidelines below.

1. Cancellation Policy
   Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the reservation will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee based on the vehicle and rental period.

2. No-Show Policy
   If the renter fails to arrive at the scheduled time without prior notice, the reservation may be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

3. Early Returns
   Early vehicle returns will not qualify for partial refunds unless arranged in advance under special circumstances.

4. Weather and Mechanical Issues
   In the event of a vehicle malfunction or severe weather, we will offer an alternate vehicle or a full refund.

5. Refund Processing
   Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
