Welcome to OZ-MIAMI LUXURY. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Rental Requirements
   All renters must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and active insurance coverage. Additional documentation may be required at the time of booking.

2. Vehicle Use
   Vehicles must be used in accordance with local laws and only for legal purposes. Track use, off-road driving, and reckless operation are strictly prohibited.

3. Reservation Policy
   Reservations require a valid credit card and may include a security deposit. OZ-MIAMI LUXURY reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation if requirements are not met.

4. Vehicle Condition and Responsibility
   The renter is responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition it was received, excluding normal wear. Damages, fines, or traffic violations incurred during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility.

5. Liability
   OZ-MIAMI LUXURY is not liable for delays, mechanical issues, or third-party events that impact your rental experience.
